my best friend and i were having an argument. he felt he had discovered the secret, that god was within us all (i agreed with that part) and that transcendence from this plane was the only goal. this was hell, all his efforts were at ascending to his pure blue body state, to our "true state". i didn't understand his loathing for the material plane, what about the miracle of veins? what about the magic running just under the surface of everything here, like electrical charges, like lightning? what about the miracle of the spine?
